Recruitment Consultant – We are looking for someone who is passionate about matching the right talents with the right companies!

Are you a driven and communicative person with a passion for recruitment? Do you want to contribute to creating successful teams by finding the right talents for our clients? Then this position might be for you! We are looking for staff for our office in Uppsala.

About the role

You will be a key person in finding, attracting, and recruiting talents for our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting assignments from a wide range of industries.

Your responsibilities:

• Match candidates with employers.
• Conduct searches to find the right candidates.
• Motivate and coach job seekers.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is results-driven, solution-oriented, and passionate about finding the right people for the right companies. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, and you enjoy working independently as well as in a team. You like to build long-term relationships and have the ability to adapt to different clients' needs. You enjoy making a difference for people and supporting them in their job search process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment.
• Ability to understand the client's needs.
• Results-oriented with experience working towards goals.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Administrative skills with ease in documentation.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Requirements:

• University degree of at least 180 credits.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
